Shocking service from the young man (ginger hair and glasses). on the collection point. He was rude and could see that I could not manage to carry the rather large boxes at the collection point. He was more interested in chatting to the staff about how busy the store was because he was serving rather than actually offering good customer service. Very very disappointing service
