Thank you so much for the first class service I received at your Meole Brace branch. I had booked flu vaccines online but had unfortunately booked wrong date. I rang the Meole Brace branch and received the most fantastic help. I spoke to a few of the staff and they were all so professional, polite, great customer care and service. The last member of staff I spoke to was Lauren, she listened to my predicament and very quickly, professionally sorted new date. Great covid safety procedures in place when we attended our flu vaccine appointments. Thank you to Lauren and staff at Lloyds Pharmacy at Meole Brace, a credit to your company.
