I have given two stars because I got what I went for however, I was nervous from the get go having spoken on the phone to make the appointment. The lady was quite blunt when booking and I almost felt like I was talking to a robot. I thought well she’s probably stressed and very busy given demand is no doubt high at the moment. On the day I did warn my husband about the tone of the phone call and said I have a feeling it might not be as warm and fuzzy as our private scan with our first born. I was not wrong. We were very impressed with the building itself, it’s a lovely space and very clean. We were greeted with a clipboard and face masks and told to sit down and wait. I tried to make small talk but really wasn’t getting much back. I lay on the bed for the scan and was told everything looked okay. The lady pressed down on my abdomen and I said it was quite tender, to be told it shouldn’t be. My husband sat very quietly as he could sense the tension created by the staff members, he’s usually the type to be very chatty humorous. We didn’t feel like we were welcome in there let alone there to have a very precious moment seeing that our pregnancy was viable and so far, healthy. There were no niceties, no congratulations and certainly no warm and fuzzies. I know at the moment things are difficult because of covid but it’s not difficult to remain friendly and welcoming.

This place is absolutely amazing. I'm currently pregnant with baby 7 and have used babyvision for all my pregnancies. The picture quality is amazing and I have had some lovely pictures from here which are such special memories. The 2 ladies are so lovely and really make you feel welcome and comfy while there. I highly recommend and wouldn't use anywhere else. Xx

Heard such great things about BabyVision so decided to go with them for a scan with my partner. I phoned them and asked if I was able to book a scan. From the get go the lady on the phone did not sound interested in speaking to me. I had looked on their website and from what I had read we were able to go for a scan at the specific weeks we are at, but according to the lady we weren’t able to and there’s ‘no point bothering’. So from that, there seems to be a difference in what she says and what the website says. I continued to ask if there was any type of scan we could have at all as I haven’t been able to go to NHS scans due to Covid. All I had back was a rude ‘no’ and nothing else after that. I then said my goodbyes as I felt that I wasn’t really helped in any way and also that the conversation was pretty rude. In addition to this, my partner had also phoned them to ask a different set of questions about scans etc and she also experienced the same type of conversation. I wouldn’t personally recommend it to anyone else looking to go ! I have seen and read that many people have had great experiences and I wish we were able to say the same ! Both my partner and I have decided to go to a different place near by for a scan and they have been so much better and were willing to help over the phone ! They gave us so much more information and helped us in the direction we need to go. I would recommend the place we have gone no end ! (I won’t name them here)

I had a scan with my 2 baby’s here such a brilliant place. Unfortunately I had a scan somewhere else this pregnancy regretted it straight away wish I booked back at babyvision. The women takes her time double checking everything is okay. Reassures you will always book at babyvision

Have been to this place many times for different scans at different times in pregnancy, always professional the scans are also great
