This experience has been so profound! I wish I had done this YEARS ago. I had a band removed and sleeve procedure all in one. I felt the next day as though I had done 10 sit-ups the day before compared to zero. My eating goals are to make healthier choices, eat smaller portions, and eat slowly to enjoy the foods I choose. Best of all, the mental battle is over and I’m feeling better. The weight is coming off! Thank you to the team who continues supporting me to stay on track to reach my goals.
