Excellent service would highly recommend the Shoreham branch. My mum required a walking aid just before Christmas and within a couple of days she had a fantastic rollator taken directly to her home Thank you for superb service!
Needed a mobility scooter for my girlfriends mum. She went there and the service was incredible, so helpful so efficient and ever so friendly. She was served by Ross who couldn’t have been any more helpful. Paula can’t thank you enough for your help Ross.
Ross kept the shop open 50 minutes past Churcher’s usual Saturday closing time of 1pm just for me. What a guy! I’d rung in advance to ask if they had mobility scooter batteries in stock, but soon realised I wouldn’t get there ‘til after they shut. However, Ross very kindly offered to wait for my arrival, and stayed on to fit the batteries. The shop closed at 1pm and I left just before 2pm, making a considerable dent into Ross’s weekend. As a first-time visitor to Churcher’s I was impressed not only by Ross’s dedication to his customers, but to the wealth and breadth of knowledge he demonstrated in the field of mobility scooters, battery-powered micro scooters and even motorbikes. This is a man who knows his alternative vehicles! Ross also taught me how to ‘Pimp My Ride’, so I’m looking forward to returning to Churcher’s with my mobility scooter next month for some cool modifications. All in all, Ross was like a breath of fresh air: his experience in bespoke electric vehicles showed me that despite being disabled I didn’t have to sacrifice my own personal style for functional mobility wheels. I wish I’d found Churcher’s 20 years ago when my legs first went (although I suspect Ross would have been in school back then!), and I’m beyond thankful I was able to get my scooter sorted on a Saturday. Without Ross the rest of my weekend would have been a washout! So, for an impressive customer experience, and a knowledgable sales guy who can modify your mobility vehicle to make it as individual as you are, I highly recommend Ross at Churcher’s. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now!
