I visited Marks & Spencer Holmbush Shoreham & did my weekly shopping, upon purchase of an iceberg lettuce after paying & leaving the shop I noticed what seemed to be alive insect in the cellophane crawling ( pictures have been taken for proof) when I returned to the customer service desk I was greeted by a representative & told that she didn’t know how it got there as the item had been delivered from Spain & such she would refund me my 60p & replace the item, which what is happening within the world in these time’cleansingness & hygiene is vital I took the replacement & left, Upon arrival of unpacking my item at home I have noticed the second replacement seems to have the same again however dead this time. I contacted customer service & was told they couldn’t do anything and put me through to the store but after 2 mins of holding I was cut off ( still can’t get through) overall the service & hygiene in store was horrendous & such I will be taking the evidence I have further ( if Marks & Spencer want to actually deal with this matter in the first place then this review wouldn’t have been left)

Love the size of this M&S but the toilets and cafe always let it down. For months now 5 out of 8 toilets have been out of order. There is never any hand soap and they are always dirty.

Well it looks like the panic has started. Usually not too busy here and it is a very large M&S one of the largest in the area. Today however I am queuing to get into the food shop. There is not that many people in here so they may just being over cautious.

The 'king of food' is always a great visit. Expansive and offers vegan and healthy options. Would be good to see a plant-based full dedicated area, overall large and high quality food every visit.

Upon being in the queue for the food hall I had to endure two couples complaining about staff member Phil and actually leaving the queue, when I EVENTUALLY got to go in he greeted me with ‘go in Madam’, as a man and fellow colleague of Phil, I found this rude and judgemental. I told him he was rude and was met with laughter. Not the service I gave or expect from Marks, shame on you
