Very well presented store great variety well worth a visit

Usually really like Dunelm and their customer service. At closing time I was proceeding to the checkout with a basket full of goods...I politely asked for help lifting a chair that I wanted to purchase, 3 very idle looking staff met me with a very stern \we are closed\. I proceeded to wait in a queue to purchase the other goods for 10mins. Terrible to hear that that is the way a manager would conduct herself. Being polite and helpful obviously must not be in fashion these days.
Spent so much more money than I intended to spend. But it's great that they have a lot for the items on display for you to look over and feel. Good overall had a great time
When trying to contact this store by phone no one answers it. Good selection of homeware on display at reasonable prices and convenient level car parking next to the store, although access and exit is tight. The click and collect service is very useful with availability in 3 hours. The building does not hold the heat and sadly the shopping experience is reminiscent of walking down the freezer isle in a supermarket. There is a large cafe on the first floor (Pausa Cafe) which I did not sample on this visit. Some of the staff were helpful, however, some were sadly lacking in product knowledge and customer service and some liked to chat amongst themselves in a busy store.
Great click and collect service and the staff fully respect the social distance measures in place, and are very polite. Would buy again...
