Rustington from where I live is a nice walk to get your steps up and a bit of fresh air. Rustington has plenty of shops but alas most are closed because they are non essential providers, but, window shopping is great non the less,dreaming of what we can buy once they open.! Good parking provided for free . Buses there and back if you need them,plenty of choise.

This is a very handy store with long opening hours. I do find it strange that all the staff dress like pirates and you can only enter if you have a parrot on your shoulder, but its worth the effort to get a new kettle and extension lead at good prices.
A nice bustling shopping centre for a small village. Friendly and plenty of cafes. Only a short walk from the sea!
