Excellent food but absolutely abysmal service. We stood at the front (4 adults and 3 children) for about 10 minutes without even being acknowledged. Once acknowledged we waited for a table (understandable... It was Friday night), for another 15 minutes. This wait time was more than acceptable and we were about to overlook the poor initial welcoming. However, we were seated and waited around the hibachi grill for 20 minutes before even having our drink order taken, and an additional 35 minutes before our cook arrived. Two other groups were seated and had almost finished eating before our cook even arrived! Even after all that, no one came to refill drinks or take plates away without specifically asking for it (and yes, we gave plenty of time for this to be done without request). This is the second time we have eaten there, and the food was delicious both times. The hibachi chef was entertaining and almost made up for the horrendous service. But neither time was anything close to what could be considered \good\ service. I'm not a hard customer, and I rarely leave less than a 3 star review. Most of my reviews are 4 or above. Awesome experience! My family and I chose to try out this restaurant because of the great reviews. We were not disappointed. Me and my daughter had the American Dream roll and it was awesome. This was by far the best hibachi we've had since moving to Texas over five years ago. Everyone was nice and the waiter was very attentive. I think our chef's name was Maui something but he was great and the food was delicious!! Definitely will be returning and referring my friends.

Second time going. Hibachi has been great both times. The filet was absolutely tender. The tuna was great as well. My family loved the shrimp tempura rolls they had. Great service. Clean restaurant. Definitely will become our go to for Hibachi!
I usually love this place. Food has always been great right along with service. Today however, I had a horrible experience. One of the ladies kept rushing us the whole time we were eating. We went in at 2 for lunch and they close at 2:30. Or lock the doors at least. I know sometimes it can be frustrating when you're getting ready to go on break. I am a server so I know how it goes. But I would NEVER rush anyone out of the restaurant. She literally kept staring at us and waiting for us to finish. They even started turning off the lights while we were still in the restaurant. Just a little heads up. Don't go near the end of lunch! You will get horrible service. I will not return to this location because of this experience.
