Saturday October 27, 2018 @ approximately 4 PM: refused to shine a pair of Chelsea style boots and a pair of walking boots just because both pairs had a small amount of dried grass and mud on them that could have been easily brushed off. What’s the point of a shoeshine stall when the attendant refuses to clean and shine the shoes?
