Dear bin Karen, Thank you for harassing all four of the flats that live next to you. It was fully and completely necessary to ring everyone's doorbell repeatedly because of an issue with the bins and then to shout at people at the door like a karen. We just thought that since there isn't any snow yet that we could make a trash snowman for you. If you didn't guess that last sentence was satire (i.e. not real). In actuality why would the four flats band together just to knock over rubbish for you? We live here too and don't enjoy wading through rubbish. It was probably birds, drunks or the wind.
