No online purchases can be returned in store for a refund...?! Only a credit note or exchange! How convenient for you! Real poor show flannels. Nothing upmarket about you. I drove c.70 mile round trip to the store after being told BY THEM in customer services at time of purchasing that I could return via post or in store - if clothing wasn’t right for a REFUND as it was an Xmas present. All customer services did was offer me 10% off my next purchase or a 20 voucher for my wasted 2 hours and fuel!!! As if I’ll be shopping with you ever again. The store is full of Rude assistants in Shirebrook. FAR TOO crowded in the shop with no social distancing. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time

Unpleasant, judgemental sales assistants who can’t be bothered and blatantly have some sort of superiority complex. Just because customers are young doesn’t mean they can’t afford designer goods, get some training in decent customer service. I will be spending my money elsewhere where I feel valued and won’t experience ageism. In one word: awful.
