One of my favorite places for a great desi/Iranian food. The staff is really friendly and the food is tasty! Highly recommended.
Had the pleasure of dinner from Shiraz this evening. The food was delicious, staff were courteous and friendly. This place is a credit to Oxford. Previously we had to go all the way to London to find such quality Persian food. We will be ordering again soon :)
Just ordered some dishes from uber eats, food arrived, looked good but tasted like cra* (best way to describe it) ... I really would love to know why the \koobide\ had, I believe chickpeas in it? Way too dry did not taste right, ash soup way too salty, chicken skewer looked like it had been marinated in black pepper juice last minute before going on the grill to give it Abit of \taste\ and way too dry also... Kebabs came with rice, rice was good but the only weird side to it was that there was barberries in it !!! I first thought it was the chef westernising the dish abit, but the only thing was, the garnish goes on top of the rice not the bottom... I just hope it wasn't someone else's rice poured into my dish as barberries don't come with kebab rice ... Specially not at the bottom. Me being a foodie and trying many restaurants (as you can see from my review badge) this is a last time on earth I will be ordering. Best of luck.
