If you need your vehicle transported. You do not need to look around. This company is legit! I looked around for a transport company to move my wife’s Mini Cooper from Texas to New England. My first experience with shipping a vehicle and I was very impressed, excellent communication and guidance throughout, smooth pick-up and delivery. When the transport price was slightly higher than quoted, they stepped forward to split the difference, which under the circumstances, I found very reasonable. As this company was recommended to me, I would pass this recommendation on to anyone else.
Brokers don’t do much, they simply connect you with a carrier. But I found ship-a-car-direct to be transparent about the process, with good communication and free insurance. They offer a helpful app to record the condition of your vehicle in case of damage prior to shipping. Would use them again.
Ship a Car Direct changed delivery dates at the last moment due to a sale delay. They arranged for a pick up on a Thursday and was able to get it on Wednesday. It arrived 2 days early. Great job. I would use them again. Delivery from Burbank, CA to DFW in an enclosed carrier.
