Since open 24 hours, and their location was very strategic in front of Shin-Okubo train station, this Yoshinoya outlet could serve their local customers and tourist.

This restaurant does not have an english menu, at least when I visited. Service is relatively prompt and prices are I think reasonable. I'd say that the taste is good enough and staff are quick to understand despite the language barrier. It's a good enough place if you want to just want to sate your hunger.
