Amazing amazing amazing!!!! Wow what a great stay. Customer service was top notch from beginning to the end. Everyone was very accommodating and made sure we had the best stay ever, which we did! The room is fabulous. I booked the premium king with semi private open air bath. The room has everything you can possibly want in a hotel room. Mini fridge, microwave, electric kettle, comb, face wash, face moisturizer, toothbrush/paste and so on! I brought a bunch of stuff to use and ended up not using any because the hotel already provides for me. The open air bath is absolutely adorable. I loved it. Relaxation room is a nice perk as well! Free wine, juice and coffee provided in the room as well as massage chairs. I enjoyed using it. The only minor issue i had was the location. It's sort of in an residential area. There's not much food places super near and they pretty much all cash only. However, the ryokan does provide room service so that's another option. Overall an amazing stay. Thank you!

Excellent hotel, clean and big room compared with those hotel in Shinjuku-Ku, also have free parking (only 3 parking area, better ask before you come) . Including in room breakfast, and a relaxing room with coffee, wine and massage chair. Very closed to the train station - 下落合 Recommended hotel !!

My wife and I stayed here for two weeks on our honeymoon to Tokyo. The rooms are very nice. Huge bath tubs, and a comfortable yet traditional bed. The area is great! Close to a train station and it feels just far enough removed from the bustle of Shinjuku that you feel like you're able to truly relax when you're in your eighborhood\. The thing that really stood out, however, is the staff. They were all incredibly courteous, and most spoke excellent English, which was helpful for our circumstances. Housekeeping will keep your room immaculate. While staying, I had a medical emergency come up. We're from the US and had NO IDEA how to handle this situation in Japan. The hotel staff assisted us in getting the help we needed. In particular, one of the staff members stood out to me. Yoshi was the one who primarily helped me on the night of my emergency, and he was always incredibly friendly every time I saw him at the front desk, which was almost every night. Yoshi made me feel like I really knew someone at the establishment, and he always made my wife and I feel very welcome. Yoshi is a perfect example of an excellent hospitality employee, and I am extremely thankful that he was around. When my wife and I were confused dealing with the Japanese medical system, Yoshi's advice and the information he provided was absolutely invaluable. If you're coming to Japan and you're want to relax while you're in Tokyo, I cannot recommend this establishment enough.
