Very good pachinko-experience for tourists. Couldn't ask for more helpful customer service. Highly recommended!

Found staff very helpful, as a first-timer. Good atmosphere, very bright and welcoming feel; not dingy. Can't comment on the machines but there seemed a decent variety. 1 yen machines on 3rd floor.
This location was a little smokey and very loud. The staff was very nice to show us around the best they could without speaking English. Most of the machines are hard to understand what the game wants you to do. It was an interesting experience.
One of the team members here helped to teach me to play pachinko which was really helpful as it's very overwhelming at first to understand what is going on.
We walked in... Clearly having no idea what to do. A security guard gleefully dragged us around to point out which area was (I guess) the beginners area. he dragged us physically because a) we couldn't understand him and b) even if we could we wouldn't have been able to hear him. I still can't hear. He sat us down, pointed to the 1000 in my purse and I put it in the slot. About a million ball bearings arrived in the hopper. Now what??? So he runs off to get an English leaflet... Which wasn't much use to be honest. You just hold the dial and watch the balls fall into the bottom. Like vertical pinball.. every now and again (through luck. Not skill) the balls fall into the winning slot. Then there's noise. Then there are more balls! I have to say it was mesmerising and fun in a unique way. When the balls stopped falling (after about 30 mins) I accidentally pressed a button and green card and 800 popped out. We took this card to the counter where we were told we had to buy some random food. (for fun we picked a yackult and 2 chorizo sausages) we were then given another token and told to go across the road and hand it over. The ladies at the counter gave me 1000. So all up...I felt like i was paid to play Pachinko! Winner winner!
