The best travel agency. The planning and timing by the agency was great. Accommodation was also good at hotels. The package was reasonable and great. A special mention about our car driver Mr. Jagar Singh Balouria aka Jaggi Bhai. He drives very carefully and gave nice suggestions of places to visit and restaurants. If you are looking for a good local travel agency to manage your vacation, you have come to the correct place. We had a last minute decision (planned on 12th Feb) to go to Shimla from 14th Feb to 20th Feb. My Sonal Singh was very helpful and stayed on line with me till almost 11:45 that night to have all the bookings and reservations done. The Package was amazing from beginning to end. We also were appointed a very good Driver/Guide who was very patient with us and helped and guided us every step of the way. Sachin our driver was one of the best parts that made this vacation most memorable. If you every get him for the trip you can count your self lucky. Himalaya Country - pls note he is an asset to your team. We had a few hiccups during the trip with local issues but nothing to do with the travel agency. However once we brought it up to them they were ready to handle and help, something that was not even in their control. Kudos team you have given us memories we will cherish for ever!!

I will not recommend this agency. They arranged stay and a driver and then didn't bother to check on us. As the driver was a good person we could survive. I had mentioned specifically that we were two ladies and requires safety but till we left Himachal they never contacted us. They didn't even plan the trip properly or explain us the places to go.
