Amazingly fresh seafood! Staff brilliant. Lovely restaurant upstairs and a cosy pub/bar downstairs. Lots of options for a gluten free diet.

Friendly staff, lucky to get a table and food. Food was good fresh fish with a buttery light batter.. Did miss having freshly prepared chips rather than frozen though.. Overall we thank them for the hospitality.. If we had more time and appetite would have loved to try to the seafood platters.. This region of Scotland is very rugged and charming.
Great spot with a balcony and a view of the bay and a little island. Food could have come faster but wasn't too slow. If I was being very critical, soup was a bit thin and burger lacked some fillings and sauce for its price. Overall a pretty good place to stop for a drink or lunch.
Amazing view from this little place. Staff were friendly and helpful. I had a coke and hand dived scallops. Over 20 for the scallops (you could get the smaller option which is 3 scallops for just over 10) which I thought was a tad expensive but I was only there once and fancied a treat. Wow, am I glad I did. They are absolutely phenomenal. I'm tight but this was worth it.
Lunch for two until the rain stopped and the sun came out. This Cafe bar adjacent to the hotel serves the local smoked salmon (hot or cold smoked) from the smokehouse and the langoustines from their own sustainable fishery. They make their own scampi which are the sweetest I have ever had. The front of the cafe faces onto the island where there are two while tailed eagles nesting. I was advised to book for the evenings in high season.
