Unique maze soba that hits the right spots!

Maze soba has become one of my favorites, and this place serves up one that’s as good as any I’ve tasted so far. The mixture of ingredients was perfect, and once you add a little vinegar the dish really pops. The service was fast and friendly. I only wish they stayed open past 4pm. Highly recommend.

The food was great and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The chef was very welcoming. We tried 3 of 4 noodle dishes. Each was delicious. Would highly recommend!

Chef was extremely friendly and spoke very good English. Each member of my group had something different to eat, and each meal was outstanding. Highly recommend!
