We chose Pyle and Co after a very professional valuation process and we’re very pleased we did. Throughout the sale process they worked tirelessly (often well outside normal working hours), dealing with all that was thrown at them in relation to the pandemic. Feedback and communication was superb, often something than can be lacking with house dealing. The photography for advertising demonstrated attention to detail, and they even came out a second time due to the season change after the first lock down to update photos. Ultimately they achieved exactly what we were looking for; a reliable buyer who was able to move within the timescales we needed to move to our chosen new home.
