Bought a costly frame in February and a side dropped off - certainly not due to my mishandling- as the daughter of an optician I am accustomed to handling glasses correctly. I was asked to pay for the repair and needing the glasses had to agree. The first time I have had to pay for a repair for faulty goods. Very poor service.

I've been going here for around 5 years. Prices are a little bit more than average but they're well worth it. Good customer service. Staff aren't pushy. The only negative is parking can sometimes be tricky, but Sainsbury's is only a few minutes away.
First class advice, service and range of spectacles.
We went there for an eye test. Very thorough and complete. Number of tests were carried out and compared with last year's results. Priced slightly higher than others maybe but I felt the quality was worth it.
