Was looking for an item on sale. One associate told me they were sold out of said item. Feeling dejected and disappointed I was heading out the store when another associate named Amber stop me and ask me what was I looking for. Lo and behold Amber found the item I was trying to buy. A shopping experience only because of Amber. Amber great job wonderful customer service

This is a friendly, well stocked store. Their customer loyalty program is super easy to use and if an item has an imperfection, they will lower the price for you. They also price match local competitors so there is really no reason to shop elsewhere.

Have waited for a gun to clear for 30 plus days and then they wanted me to resubmit my app, there is not one reason it shouldn't have cleared except a Democrat is in charge now. Anywhere else after 5 days if it isn't a no you can pick it up but not orschelins, their policy is not until it clears, they must be Democrats, I'm X DEMOCRAT but love the 2cd! I will never go to orschelins for anything again, their on my boycott list now, if your a Texas Republican you should boycott them too just to remind them Texas is Red, White and Blue!!!!!

I called 2 times the day before making SURE that they had a specific item since I am 80 yrs old and must find someone to drive me from Melissa to Sherman. After several, \I am so sorry\...no one could locate the item. Frustrated, I must wait to see if and when they will find another before Christmas. You just can't wrap an \I'm sorry\ as a gift.
