Great staff, always friendly and ready to help their costumers. Their food is great along with there being a big menu that has a large range of food which anyone could order from.
Used this a few times and food has always been good BUT last week I bought a sausage supper on way home and was disappointed in the portion size of chips. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and got one again tonight...even less chips tonight. A handful if I was lucky. Sorry but I won't buy a 3rd time.
Have had food from Shergills Takeaway in Riddrie many a time and service and quality of food has always been fantastic until tonight phoned an order in to go pick up and when got home discovered that instead of 2 piece single fish they had given me 2 single half pizzas I know everyone can make a mistake but when I phoned to let them know all I got told was that they could only apologise and that was that not only did they not offer to fix the mistake but there was no offer of a refund in the difference of price needless to say I will not be going back I think they need to retrain in customer service there profits will definitely be good if they keep doing this although think they will loose a lot of customers with this attitude
They recently went and remodeld the place looks amazing and the food is alway on point
