Poor attitude, failed to call back on multiple occasions. Part ordered but incorrect. Made to feel it was my fault when I called and very rude, followed by hanging up. A shame, used to be a pleasure to do business with, but can't recommend them to my customers if that's the service levels they deliver
Bought an Engine from these guys for delivery to cornwall, excellent service and prompt delivery (even during lockdown it only took a week) highly recommend.
Certainly not a place you'd want to spend any time in but they had the parts i wanted. Wear sensible shoes though as the walk through the yard to the office is muddy and uneven.
Very helpful and sent out the required part the same day. Would definitely use again.
