Very friendly staff. Shop is well stocked with lots of products for almost every type of pet. They have rabbits, Guinea pigs, hamsters, fish, tortoises and lizards in store to purchase and they seem week looked after with clean cages etcc..
A fleeting visit today as we are attempting to setup a cold water fish tank for my daughter, purchasing only gravels and some starter plastic plants. However while paying and discussing at the till the knowledgeable member of staff talked over my options and pointed out that as I have the necessary kit then almost easier and beneficial to opt for full aquarium rather than cold water fish. After chatting through we plan on returning to discuss appropriate fish and take a water sample to confirm we have our tank set correctly! This made my daughters day so thank you for being so helpful in an unknown subject...
Brilliantly friendly and knowledgable staff. Particular shout out to Tara and I think the manager, who are so helpful and lovely!
