I bore witness this morning to one of the rudest individuals I have ever encountered, the way that the staff in Lindon Lewis handled it was amazing. It was lucky they were their customer and not mine - otherwise more than a life jacket would have been needed! The staff are argumentative and the response to this shows that they are out to make a point. Extremely poor customer service and very little self awareness from the staff member Ruby! It’s some how like they did my a favour refunding me for a faulty piece of equipment. The website is awful and has the wrong opening times leading to a wasted journey on a Sunday despite the website stating it’s open!

I've had a lot of work done over the last three years on my Viking 32 foot inboard on hull repairs, engine and drive. Lindon Lewis have always done a great job and I cant recommend them highly enough, their staff and workshop guys are all of the highest quality and have always done a superb job.

Spoke to Ruby today the Service Director about having out boat blacked. Our boat is too big but the customer service and information she gave was fabulous especially as we wouldn't be a customer. Plenty of advice and alternatives were offered. Much appreciated. Thank you
