Fairly new to using Shepherds but they have treated both my dog and Guinea pig. Quick to get an appointment, reasonable prices and the vets are great.

Very polite and always helpful staff. In both pontyclun and Bridgend surgeries. Iv been using shepherd's the vets for many years and will continue to use them for many years to come
Been a customer here for several years with our Cat. Always great and friendly service from the staff. Very clean environment and not too big of a place that will make it really busy when visiting. Only one negative I’ve had, which was a number of years ago, occurred when ordering flee treatment for my cat. Ordered by phone, went in a number of days later as I’ve done before to find it was not there and had been given or sold to someone else - an inconvenience of having to reorder and go back to collect. But overall a very good local service.
We have been with Shepherds for years and all our girls get great care from the Vets. Catrina in particular has been amazing with Cheska. Thank you Catrina for the care and kindness you have shown her and its nice to see the same vet for a repeat appointment as they know the background of an animal.
Excellent service, friendly staff with excellent knowledge of animals. Clean and very hygienic, would highly recommend.
