We were driving by and decided to stop. The sales rep, Madhu, was extremely accommodating! He was extremely friendly and we absolutely enjoyed just conversing with him. Honestly it was one of the highlights of our day! We were able to tour all the homes and they are absolutely gorgeous. My husband is a general contractor and he was very impressed by the quality of the packages they offered. Would definitely recommend looking into them.

Huge lot. Clean and plenty of variety. Kain was very professional, patient and answered all of my questions before purchasing a shed. If I decide to purchase a manufactured home definitely coming here from my experience on purchasing a shed!
Made an appointment to discuss purchasing options. The man who “helped” us, was rude and CLEARLY did not take our inquiry seriously. He argued every question we asked. I will never refer anyone to this business when they are purchasing a future mod home. To anyone reading this, Gorst has a mod home business. They are friendly and willing to sit there with you and answer a 100 questions if you have them.

Went looking for information on land packages. They don't have any, but we were able to go the homes. Checking different pricing and styles. The homes were beautifully done and the information was given. Owner operator was informative.
I showed up with my wife and daughter to explore the option of a manufactured house vs traditional build. It was a very informative process. Darrell took us around and showed us the units and options and was extremely helpful. He’s a little quirky, but hey who isn’t. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him in a purchase.
