IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN HONEST DEALERSHIP, THEN THIS IS THE PLACE YOU ARE LOOKING FOR! My wife and I are from Australia. We have always dreamt of buying a car and driving around the UK and Europe. In May 2020 we excitedly arrived in England and bought a car off Richard at Shelsey Cars. Four months into our dream trip, we received word that our Son had been put into a coma and so we frantically booked the next available flight back to Australia. We had the problem of what were we going to do with our car! We handed our car to Richard and asked if he would sell it for us on a commission. Our agreement was totally verbal and if ever anyone was in a vulnerable position to be taken advantage of, it was us! WE CAN VOUCH AS AN ABSOLUTE FACT, THAT RICHARD HAS TOTAL INTEGRITY. There's none of the usual quick sale, high-pressure, insincere and smarmy car salesman we all know and dread about Richard at Shelsey - he's a down-to-earth, genuine, helpful and knowledgeable guy who wants to go the extra mile to ensure you have the car and the deal you want. Everything we agreed on the Wednesday when we made the deal had been completed and put in place when we went back to collect the car on the following Monday.
