ordered from menu log 131232002 today under Rach A Chicken Avo Panini Poached chicken, avocado, sun-dried tomato, tasty cheese and mixed lettuce dressed with aioli. 13.50 swapped the poached chicken for crumbed but got no Avocado or sundried tomato on the Panini tried to ring and line busy for over half an hour very disappointed with food and price for what I got even says avo on bag but none on it. one star at least it was quick to get here.

Very average customer service. Everyone was in their own world, noone paid attention to customer waiting . Stood there for 5 min and decided to leave because noone bothered asking to serve.

I have eaten here a few times and always had fantastic food but majority of the times I have been here to order food the service is not that great, they like to stand around and have a chat before they serve customers. Shame that customers aren’t the first priority to them. Otherwise is would be the best food store in stockland Shellharbour.

I am a nurse and work at a medical Center . A rep recently came in with soul origin for lunch. I ate the pesto cous cous which actually tasted great. After eating for sometime I chewed on something extremely hard. I immediately spat out my mouth full and found a rock in my salad. A small black solid rock. This is very upsetting and extremely disgusting to think that a rock someone ended up in this salad. My tooth feels as though it’s been cracked. This rock looks like a rock off the road. Makes me sick to my stomach knowing it was in my mouth and in the food I was eating. God knows what germs were on this rock. I would not eat soul origin again due to this.

I give credit when its deserved. The quality is Ok, food taste is perfect ... BUT the filling inside the roll was little to nothing. The way its displayed in the glass cabnet makes it look like its a full salid chicken filled roll! but not so. The way its made is to deliberately miss leading to you. You pay full price for the filling. What there is of it, its pushed out from roll. You get ripped Off! Very very piss poor on the last 2 occasions. I guess from now on will definitely skip on soul for another' food option. Thay lost me on this tactic.
