Would like to commend the exceptional customer service I received at your Shellharbour store on Thursday 26.11.20 - I was assisted by Tiana and let me tell you she went above and beyond for me. She made me feel at ease as I was a little stressed finding a fit for the weekend - after asking what look I was after, she teamed up the perfect outfit for me. 2 stars for great clothes. No stars for the nil customer service. Visited today to purchase formal dresses for my 2 daughters and didn't get any acknowledgement or even a smile. The hunt continues.

Bit disappointing when you walk through the doors and don't even get a smile from the staff. But that's OK if you'd like to continue chatting about tummy tucks instead of serving customers that's cool too. Good luck making budget x
