There is only one girl who works in that store That is pleasant. The rest are rude, blunt and very condescending. I had the worst day and the woman working there topped it with her snide and nasty comment. Good job guys!

They are always friendly and very helpful. Their customer service is also good. I love using their deliveries options aswell . Thank you for everything you all do for the community
Everytime i have gone in or spoke on the phone to them i feel like am annoying them. They made a mistake with a item the older lady was really rude on the phone. I have only ever dealt with one girl that was lovely. .i wish i could remeber her name. She was bubbly and never rude. Never had a problem. Went in to pick a parcel up yestserday the guy & female in offcie was also very blunt. Make u feel like ur annoying them. The loccal posties though are always great.
Whats wrong with you guys , i have been going there sins day one and they allways friendly. Anyways why can't they have mood swings like you negative people? You nice to them and they nice back ..... simple Love you guys at Shellharbour Post office!

Staff are always miserable and rude. They are never welcoming, they never smile and hardy ever greet you. Worst customer service I have ever come across. Despise walking into that post office. How upsetting for the Shellharbour community.
