I have used this station on two occasions this week attempting to use the Shell Go App and redeem a cash award. On both occasions the accumulated reward would not discount the petrol purchase. It would seem they have a problem with their tills and staff training. They did apologise even though I was assured the discount would apply and then it became obvious that they knew of the problem. So beware.... and use another Shell station or maybe somewhere cheaper.
