Although they have a HUGE staff on the floor, you'd hope a lil more effort into cleaning the entry door glass and lobby. And S L I C K floors in the dining area. We had URI as our hibachi chef. Quite talented Very personable And cooked my steak and shrimp Perfectly. Noodles... meh Fried Rice was flavorful, yet was a lil dry for my liking. The lil house salad / dressing was good and unique. The beef broth meh. I know your paying more for the show and theatrics But 26 per person for dinner for very limited amount of protein, and a whole lot of veggies, rice and noodles, seems high. -1 more star for the bartender who felt comfortable wearing his mask dangling from one ear from 5pm thru 5:45pm. Truly a one and done experience.

As far as area goes this is to me always good hibachi. I’ve never had sushi here so I cannot comment on if it’s great or not. Waiting staff is how you make of it, if you’re polite you’ll enjoy yourself but if you’re rude don’t expect perfect service. Haven’t had a “boring” cook there either.
We love eating at this place and typically go out of our way to dine here. This was our first time ordering a pickup and the experience was horrible. We told them we had two members of our Family that are allergic to shrimp and they placed shrimp in one of the containers anyway. We even told them that we didn't want the shrimp that came with the meal. We called them back and they offered us 10% off our bill. We couldn't believe it, then they offered us a credit for the next time we order after we didn't go for the 10%. Never the less, we settled on a credit on the current bill. I would have expected more remorse for such a huge mistake like this!

Food was good but the service was poor. Called ahead because I didn't want my food cooked in butter. They said no problem. I get there, order my food and am not told until my food is being cooked that it will not be at the grill that I am sitting at and will be cooked elsewhere. So why am I coming to a hibachi grill then? When I ask about why its being made there I get attitude from the cook. Would not recommend.
