I'm still expecting a quote and repair of a faulty glass they installed less then two years ago. First got a very rude reply, now they stopped replying at all. I've got the following email on 21st August: \Sorry about the delay. Your paperwork ended up in the bottom of the pile. I just need to check with Mark what unit is the service call. I will email price of the other in the morning.\ I have not heard anything since... despite sending them two follow-up emails. Reply to Window Doctor: I do not wish to openly publish my email or address for everyone to see, but Jill has all my contact details. An update on 2d November: another two weeks of complete silence despite all promises to \chase it\.

Waste of time they come out and did measurements bit ignorant didn't speak at all and never called to let me know on a price like they said they would. Called lots of times but no answer left voice mails no response sounds like they sit at phone and wait for a message to pick and choose who to call back. Now have a different company to do the work that they have missed out on To the reply: So picking and choosing the \important\ \genuine\ customers EG ones that are having a lot of work done and spending more money it's nothing to do with pandemic. I don't mind been busy as an excuse all companies are busy but having the time to come out and take measurements and not responding at all is not a good enough reply.
Have had a couple of repairs to my locks when I thought it was a new door needed. Great value and quick and friendly service. Just had new french doors replacing our patio sliding doors and they look amazing. Just what we were after. Will use window doctor again in the future.
Repaired our windows for a fraction of the cost of putting new ones in!! Great price and excellent service
Fitted new hinges to French doors very punctual and very happy with service. Will definitely use again recommend to anyone
