The advice and service from the Real Computer Shop was fantastic, and made buying a laptop during lockdown so easy. Old laptop collected, data taken off hard drive and transferred, new laptop delivered all in one day. It was lovely to shop local, and to buy from a company who took the ethical stance of different brands into consideration when making their recommendations.

It is so good to have a local, professional team of people who can fix computer problems and give advice, especially during lockdown. I'm pleased to have had an ongoing support package over the last 5 years for fixing problems that includes remote access. I've also bought a computer from them and this was painless. Last week my computer was failing just a few days before I was due to run an important workshop and I thought I'd have to cancel the work. Thanks to the team's professionalism and help they found a solution to two problems and followed up to ensure it was working. It was great to be able to do my work and have peace of mind. Nic and his team are always friendly and helpful and go out of their way to offer a good service. They sorted out exactly what we wanted for our new computer and in spite of lockdown limitations collected and delivered everything efficiently.

I depend on my PC as I do almost all my work form home and ahve for years. I have been using this company for over ten years as they are consistently good, reliable and fast. They will locate the fault, give an estimate and the time taken to fix it. I buy my computers from them, as they have a good range of machines across the price range and their after sales service is excellent. Best company I have ever used. Highly recommended.
