Great shop and excellent staff. Visited the shop today to get my daughter her first tortoise, the shop had everything we need and more. The member of staff who looked after us “chaz”couldn’t do enough to help. He spoke to my daughter as it was her pet and made sure she knew everything she needed to know to look at it. Overall a great experience and we’ll definitely be back.

Just picked up a lovely malagasy giant hognose from them, she eats like a champ and looks amazing. Visiting the shop with an appointment works great and you get to talk to them properly and get all the information you need. Would definitely recommend SNA. Plus they have great varied stock

I ordered a snake for courier she came really cold and when I spoken to a bloke over the phone he spoken to me quite disrespectful.i have got plenty of Witnesses to back me up with the snake being cold I have a temp gun for my other reptiles and when she can u put it on her abd she was 8 that is way to cold for a cold blooded animal. BUT apart from that she was in a very good condition and dint seem to have oat wrong with her. So I may recommend going into the shop to get the pet you want,but unfortunately I cant recommend getting your reptiles shipped.

I've not had the opportunity to go in here yet myself, but posting on behalf of my other half. Absolutely amazing service and genuine care for the animals that are sold, they're happy to talk to you about how things should be setup and give advice on how to look after your animals. Extremely friendly. She would recommend them to anyone looking to get into reptiles!
