Left a 3 star review yesterday but the shop was kind enough to reply with the facts of what actually happened. So here's my 5 stars because I still rent a bike from here once in a while and i have to say that the service is pretty good as well as the bikes - just make sure to give them a call before renting a bike, sometimes they're all rented (i.e. sunny days).
