As a family we have used PA a few times. I would recommend to anyone. The service is great and whatever your budget the staff go above and beyond to meet your requirements. They might not always be the cheapest, if that's what you want, but I would trust them to supply the very best they can. The number one requirement for me is trust and in this respect PA tick all the boxes. The staff are a real credit to the company.

Ian and the teams helpfulness and attention to detail is second to none and was much appreciated. I live in Edinburgh and still use them whenever I require something special. We went to PA to buy my engagement ring and our wedding bands. I was so impressed I have since taken a ring from abroad in to be reset, I had previously been told the stones were paste but Amy confirmed they were sapphires and helped me pick a design. The result is two beautiful rings which can be worn separately or together as a fantastic statement piece. We have taken some old jewellery in to be repaired and Amy has been brilliant at advising what can and can’t be done. It is great to find trustworthy advice and we will be back again.
