I bought some phosphor bronze bar off JD metals on ebay, they have two accounts, one is themultimetalsshop and one is jd_engineering_supplies. The item never arrived, my ebay messages went unanswered, and i eventually got hold of David Grant via the phone number listed on ebay. He told me he would send a replacement via next day courier, 5 days later i'm still waiting for the replacement, and Grant is not answering the phone. this company's products are cheap, i couldn't match their price on phosphor bronze anywhere, but they're cheap for a reason, they execute orders poorly, they have lots of bad ebay feedback on both accounts for both damaged goods and unfulfilled orders, and the lack of resolution for these problems. It looks like they just send stuff out in a shoddy, poorly organised manner, and don't make any attempt to sort out the problems that arise from this . this stuff isn't that hard to do, and yet they can't do it. My advice is to pay a bit more and get what you want from someone competent, this lot are incompetent and do not care about delivering your order.

Just got there before they closed, nice guys to work with, good prices and gave me a good deal, ill happily use them again.
Please read the reviews on this company, I wish I had! I placed an order through Ebay and within in an hour realised I needed to amend it, I phoned and left messages as well as messaged through Ebay and never had a single reply or acknowledgement. The irony is I wanted to amend the order and increase it but they couldn't be bothered to reply.
I ordered a quantity of copper 2 pieces are damaged one piece is missing. David Grant is not responding to my messages or phone calls.I would never recommend this company and i will continue for as long as it takes to get my money back or a replacement
Absolutely appalling customer service , is this fictional guy called David even exist? Got to be the worst company on ETSY, contacted the company endless times never got back to me , stay away from this one
