Again probably biased - I insure a couple of drivers and they are good lads.

Failed to complete delivery of my parcel 3 days in a row, after daily phone calls, then asked me if I want to drive to their depot to pick it up. Useless delivery service didn't even offer to make any exceptions, prioritise & redeliver it...headache. cannot recommend this company would like to give them less than 1 star...
Very unprofessional staff , my girlfriend been at home and the driver don't even knock at the door , he just make a picture of front of my house and that's it. After that i've spoke with someone from customer service who said the driver can't come back, and after few arguments customer service advisor didn't answer anymore. I strongly not recomand DPD if you want to send or receive a parcel because the drivers are not trained how it should and the customer service advisers don't care about your query.
Been here a few times. I usually gent sent by work at short notice when something needs to be shipped urgently. We have an account but due to the urgency, then I would always turn up with no shipping details or whatever they would like you to turn up with. Despite this the staff in the office always help me out and my stuff always gets shipped. Thanks
Good service in these Covid-19 unusual times. Drivers always try their best to get in touch if they cannot find the address or (almost always) follow delivery instructions. It is a shame that the depot is not accessible, so if you missed delivery - wait and see if you can get hold of it next day.
