Car went in for its first service. Staff were great at explaining the different options to me and double checked my details before I left the car with them. They rang and emailed me to let me know my car was ready to pick up after two and a half hours with them. I used the finance option to pay for the service and they were really helpful with helping me set it up. They provided me with a paper and email copy of the work done to the car for my records. Overall super service, will be using them in the future.

Excellent if going to Halfords use these instead of the store at drakehouse these are much more polite and informative they knew what they were doing had 2 tires changed wheels aligned bulb changed and a full brake check and was done in less than 3 hours could not ask for a better service

Was able to book in on a weekend at somewhat short notice (liked that you can book online as well!) Really helpful during MOT and service - the call to update me on work needed was really informative and friendly and there were no surprises when it came to pick up. Would definitely go again.
