I had cartilage surgery on the 13 October 2020. I would just like to say a massive thank you to everyone concerned , Mr Anderson my consultant and his registrar were excellent, All the staff from the receptionist to the nurses and kitchen staff could not do enough for you. Also a big thank you to the anaesthetist, sorry can't remember her name , lovely lady, Highly recommend the Claremont, Thank you Mr Sherwood

Having just undergone an Arthroscopy of my knee I cannot praise the consummate professionalism enough of all the staff I came into contact with. Being put totally at ease by everyone and feeling cared for 100%,from walking through the door to being discharged. Thank you so much everybody I would have no qualms in suggesting Claremont Hospital should you need an operation,in the future.
Only there a few hours, but great staff and environment
Good care from the consultant I saw. Unfortunately quite poor communication including a letter with results going missing. I am still chasing this up. Also very difficult to get through to speak to the correct person on the phone (predictably aside from the finance department which is extremely efficient). Honestly a bit disappointed.
Lovely welcome at reception, greeted and looked after exceptionally well,everything clearly explained. Thank you endoscopy unit for looking after me from start to finish, definitely exceeded my expectations!
