Great service, really helpful. One of the nurses who saw my wife was really kind and understanding. Very much helpful then our GP and hospital doctors who were absolutely rubbish and unprofessional regarding my wife's health condition.

Firstly thank you NHS 111 We visited the walk in this everning a round 09:15 hrs advice by 111 due to hypertention BP 177/105 over and extreme headache , but we were very disappointed by receptionist who questions to asked at entrance i said my wife got hypertension over 177/105 i worry about for her i would like to see dr advice by 111 staff she said we can not change prescription we are not doctor . If seriously see gp or A& E Without checking anything by dr who know it can stroke but we been quietly return home and i treated her with herbal medicine hope finger cross .for her Never go again to the walk in centre . Lac jack thiha Raf reserve .
Saw a nurse called Dawn ( who was lovely ) in and out in a hour and given a prescription to take to the chemist .
Seen incredibly quickly, lovely nurses
I like the fact that it’s open from 8:00am to 10:00pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. It’s usually less busy after 7pm
