Company accepted payment for items not in stock. I didn't find out until I emailed asking where my order was 2 weeks later. Very poor email communication. I asked to cancel the order for a refund after they confirmed it was still not dispatched (3 weeks after order) which they agreed to, but then shipped half the order regardless, and the other half turned up 4 days later. Still waiting on an email response explaining why. I will never order from here again. update 1 week later: still no response about wanting to return the items. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Regularly pop in to buy live food for our bearded dragon. They get a bug delivery everyday and they always last well. Staff are happy to give advice. Also stock a wide range products, if something isn't in stock it usually just takes a couple of days to come in. Before Covid staff were happy to let my son hold a variety of the animals.
This business used to be my \go to\ for any reptile supplies. However after my recent experience with this business. It's been a huge let down. I phoned them to make an order on their order hotline because their website still won't let me have my password. Even though I addressed this issue months ago. One of the staff after taking my name and number down and assuring me they would call back. They never did. Customer service needs improving.
Been a customer for a few years now and what can i say but wonderful. The staff and owner are very friendly and very helpful with all requests. The animals they have are in wonderful conditions and very calm with lovely set ups for them. Prices are good for what you need and will order what you need and fast to deliver too. I have purchased some geckos who were in perfect condition when purchased and are thriving well. Wonderful customer service. Thankyou as always
Recently purchased a standard black Vivarium and Cabinet to match with a few other bits of equipment. Really chuffed with the products, it easy to build and setup. Overall quality is exceptional
