Amazing professionalism and excellent service! I approached Wards Sheerness after having our property for sale on the market with other agencies for months. Claire Wood came to evaluate my property, she answered all my questions and had a clear strategy of how to market our house. Seen many estate agents, I was sceptic but for my surprise, everything worked exactly as she said. Our house was sold in 2 weeks and on full price. If you want to sell your house, I would highly recommend Wards Sheerness and Claire Wood services. Worth every penny!
From the 1st time my Sister and I met Phil we were impressed how professional and knowledgeable he was. Phil always returned our calls promptly to answer any queries we had and always looked into any hiccups that arose with knowledge and calmness! It was quite a long process due to lockdowns and staff working from home but if Phil wasn’t available another member of the branch would assist or refer it to Phil if unsure. We would definitely recommend Wards, Phil especially, without hesitation.
Our property was over seen from start to now the finish both by Claire and Pheobe of whom both myself and my wife agree have not only been very professional in all areas in this sale with great communication but also made us both feel assured and at ease in what can be a very stressful time. Both ladies come across as friendly and extremely helpful where nothing has been a problem can't thank them enough for being their at every turn. Brilliant Team.
Well where do I start, totally impressed by the service so far, I love the videos and get sent them before they’re even on Rightmove! Phoebe calls me literally 3-4 times a week I don’t get that from any other agent, they also are always open, have a break no honestly thanks again hopefully you can find me something soon
