Hopeless, wouldn't recommend them whatsoever. They call themselves 'The Action Agents' , but I've seen more action in a sleeping policeman. They tried to sell our house and only sent us complete and utter time-wasters ie we had two couples who viewed our 2 bed semi, who when we met them said oh we want a 3 bed really. Absolutely no vetting of people being sent to view our house bearing in mind COVID restrictions etc., We had to show everyone round ourselves and no interest from Sheen's in showing people round in the first instance. After 3 months we gave up on them and went with Haart who did sell our house after 1 month. We saw a house we liked which was with Sheens as well and it had been on Rightmove for over 1 year. We liked it and we made an offer yet after 18 weeks, we were not even close to exchanging yet Sheens told us it had completed. We phoned our solicitor up to check this and they advised this was false and it hadn't completed at all. So Sheens are liars too. Their vendor in my view was a complete time-waster who had no intention of moving at all. Sheen's blamed us for pulling out and said their vendor wanted to sell, however if this was true, why did he do everything to stall the sale?. They did nothing in 18 weeks and wondered why we pulled out... Idiots. Unfortunately it was a complete waste of a full 7 months with sheens and you get what you pay for comes to mind. My advice is sell your house with Haart and buy with anyone but Sheens. But that's my view. God bless

I used Sheen's Lettings while renting and then used their Estate Agency service when it came to sell. Sheen's are a great local Estate Agency service. There is always someone on hand to help. You don't have to wait for the person dealing with your sale to help, they all pitch in. They also have all the notes on file so the service is consistent. Their fees are very reasonable and they work hard to support you throughout the sale. Highly recommended. Paul

The only care about the needs of the owners of the properties and care only what they legally have to for the people who rent out the properties. Favorite saying \The Property owners are out paying clients and we support you as much as we are legally allowed to do.\ To me that suggests that if I rent through Sheens I am not a priority but I will look after your needs because I'm legally obliged to however thats all I will do because your not the paying client and we ensure to keep the property owners happy!! Sad
