Agnes & co have been looking after my hair for nearly 4 years now. Be it cut, colour or (re)style, the service is always perfect and I come away as a happy customer. Introduced a friend too and she hasn't gone to another hairdresser. Personally, I don't want anyone else doing my hair as the staff are professional, know what they are doing and most importantly do a very good job. Superb!
The owner Adam is a very skilled barber but unfortunately his arrogance make the experience far from acceptable. I called 3 times on the same week and was told there was a gap for 1 more customer, I arrived to the shop 2 minutes after and there was only one person waiting as said on the call, but the owner said they were closing and refused to cut my hair all the three consecutive days. 7 months after I revisited today at 5pm and was told they were closing and couldn't take me in (the door says they close at 6pm) so I asked if it'll be ok if I come back tomorrow an hour earlier but the owner replied I am not welcome there. I have to add that I was never rude despite the lack of service, but I did highlight how unhappy I was after being turned down 3 times in a row and seems that customer feedback is not allowed in this shop. I was happy to wait up to 4 hours to get a haircut during 3-4 years without a complaint as i did like the haircut itself, but being refused for no reason is 1 unlawful and 2 it just reflects the level of customer service deployed in this shop.
