As long as there's a library and books, I'm a happy, happy person. Never had any problems, at the Sharon or Farrell's library. Very helpful, very professional and nice.

First of all, I don't know why someone would leave a rating without a comment/ reason (especially a poor one). I've been going to the clsv for years. Speaking of the current staff, they are polite, helpful, caring, and some of the most intelligent and talented people I know. They provide numerous services and programs to the community and have the Gold Star pa library designation! What more can I say....

I was in this library yesterday when I observed library staff accusing an African American male of \trashing\ their restroom. I can't say how many people I saw use this restroom before him, but it was unreasonable for them to approach him as they did. When I checked the restroom out of curiosity, there were 5-6 paper towels on the floor that had likely fell out of the dispenser. No damage. No unusual circumstances.
